We would like you to feel at home with us. Our tried and tested architecture is designed in such a way as to give you the feeling of comfort and closeness to nature. That is why all houses are equipped with a great deal of wood, be it visible or in the wall construction. You are protected and surrounded by the most natural and healthiest of building materials.

The well thought-out floor plan means that you don’t need to walk far, whilst also ensuring a high level of living comfort. Splendid glass panes look onto the mountain panorama, whilst sunlight spills into the rooms without overheating them. Natural and region-typical building materials create a thoroughly cosy living environment. Balconies and terraces are perfect gateways between the living area and nature.

As soon as the sun goes down behind the summit after the alpenglow, the wood oven is lit, giving off warmth, cosiness and a feeling of security.
