During the first two construction phases, 15 houses for each village part (Turrach and Sonnlein) were built. 15 chalets are now planned for the final phase, with surface areas ranging from 99m2 to 142m2 approx. The chalets will not only be fully furnished, but will also be sold in a rentable state (including crockery, cutlery, satellite television, etc.). Each chalet enjoys a plot of land of approximately 300m2 to 600m2 and parking spaces are available for each chalet. The first-class execution of construction work is a wood-frame build with wooden lagging incorporating the latest aspects of environmentally-friendly building.
