On the one hand this means that the condition concerning the preservation of the community is fulfilled, whilst, on the other hand, by renting out the property the owner can considerably increase the use and thus the return on his/her investment, whilst relying on the many years of holiday home rental experience notched up by the management company. The wide-ranging rental package includes professional marketing for the rental of the house, accounting, receipt and transfer of rent to the owner, welcoming guests, surveillance and cleaning of the house, maintenance work on the property, to name but a few services. This means that the owners have no real outgoings to speak of, whilst nevertheless earning revenue through the rental.
