The master plan
The offered property consists of 15 high-class chalets, grouped together to one village section in the Turrach Heights (section 1). During the last construction phase the two sections (section 1 and 2) and the two village parts “Turrach” and “Sonnleitn” should grow together.
The land and houses face south-east with an unobstructable view. Thanks to the gentle hillside incline, each property has a clear view of the Nock Mountains as well as a part of the Turrach Heights skiing area. The buildings are all uniform in appearance. Individual houses can be accessed via a footpath network. The complex is made up of a balance of open space and built-up areas (village style).
After leaving the A-road, the village can be accessed via a gravelled road (approx. 500m). Access to the chalets is possible for loading the car. The village is car-free. A car park reserved solely for village residents is right next to the village (20m on foot).
