Is a test period of occupancy possible?

We would be delighted to welcome you to our Mountain Village so that you can gain a real feel for the resort, the quality of the houses and the splendid mountainous surroundings. The rental costs corresponding to your stay will naturally be reimbursed to you upon the purchase of one of the houses.

Must I furnish my house myself?

No. Full furnishing and equipping of the house, right down to the cutlery and a television, is included in the purchase price.

How easy is it for me to use my property?

You can use the property yourself at any time for 6 weeks every year further to prior notice.

Can my friends stay in my house?

Your friends can, of course, stay in your house. For organising such rental periods you will even receive a commission of 25%. Members of your immediate family can even use the property free of charge within the framework of the 6 weeks’ usage that you are entitled to.

How is rent paid?

Rent is paid into an Austrian Giro account, from which running costs will also be taken out.

Can I sell the house at any time?

Yes, since it is a commonhold property registered with the land registry.
