• 107 m² starting from EUR 263.700,--
• 122 m² starting from EUR 295.200,--

Chalets of type 133 m² and 142 m² including estate of approx. 300 to 600 m², including the offered interior package and all described services:

• 133 m² starting from EUR 318.300,--
• 142 m² starting from EUR 337.200,--

The above are all net prices excluding the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Given the obligation of touristic rental of the property, the 20% VAT charged is nevertheless fully-refundable within the framework of the property purchase. The prices exclude any additional costs like fees and transaction taxes.
